About the Event
~Please RSVP by Weds. 5pm (Tokyo), the ZOOM link will be emailed to you AFTER you RSVP. Use that link on Thursday.
~Please check -in between 3:10-3:25pm.
We WILL be using Spotify "Live Class Playlist" as the musical component this week and I will teach with no music. It was WAY cleaner today in my West Coast Live class (you can click the link here or use the "Live Class Playlist" button on the Flowtastic video page of my website) to have simultaneously music for the LIVE class.
~If you would like help using the SPOTIFY link with the ZOOM class, please check in early and I can instruct you, however it is super easy. no problem.
~I will start at 3:30pm and cannot admit late yogis, be on time :)
