I hope you are well! October Flowtastic Outdoor Yoga is happening this Weds, 930a, Piper Park (same quiet spot near water behind picnic tables and baseball diamond). It should be BEAUTIFUL this week, enjoy these last few beautiful mornings of outdoor yoga practice before the weather changes. Always a fun, enlightening & challenging practice, Ill have my music and the sun, hope to see you!!!
