Take your practice to the next level! Alignment focused workshop.
We will break down step by step: Arm Balances and Standing Balances from their foundation to more advanced variations (think Crow to Compass & Half Moon to Bound Moonrise Twist) for those who are ready.
I'll be giving hands on adjustments & I will also have an assist instructor there for additional alignment modifications support.
You will have the opportunity / time to ask questions that you never get to ask in a typical class!
We will use props and wall space for deeper work and alignment.
This workshop is for EVERY level, perfect if you are new to yoga and want to understand the fundamentals of balances or if you are a seasoned yogi and want to go to the next level in your balance practice. Come ready for learning, laughing, sweat and fun. You will leave with a new or improved understanding of yoga asana alignment and a few new Yoga tricks!
